Pah alfa no comment znamka vse pove ... sej ni cudno da se pole po drugih forumih klati ce alfasi nimajo za forum oz.ga ne rabijo ka se pr mehsniku vse zmenjo :prstgor:

Zato mas ti V6, mi pa dolgoprogase.....ki cuvajo naravo. To je namen...

 

tut js trenuto vozim ?e DPF, V6 pa ?e doooooolgooooooo ni v uporabi :zvizga:

 

kaj ti nuca ekologija, ki ti dela sranje po ma?ini :notworth: ista fora ekolo?kega sranja je EGR ventil... samo sranje, bom kmal objavu fotke kok se to vse zabije ;)

Ja sam vedet moras, da ce en potem bodo kopiral znotraj eu. Se posebej v zahojeni slo.

 

Sicer pa nekak podpiram, dpf je nekaj kar se je razvilo z namenom in vlozkom.

DPF Removal to Become an MOT Failure

 

The MOT test for diesel vehicles is changing from February 2014. All diesel cars originally fitted with a Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF) must have the DPF in place and operational during the MOT test. It if is missing then the vehicle will fail the test.

 

The current test only examines emissions but now technicians will have to check the filter is still present too. What we don’t yet know is if this includes modified units? For example, many companies just gut the internals but the original DPF remains. Our guess is that the vehicle would still pass on the visual inspection.

 

Some claim that removal is illegal citing that it contravenes the Road Vehicles (Construction and Use) Regulation 61 A, as it no longer meets emission standards applied to it when new. However, this is not always the case as there is growing evidence that DPF removal can lower emissions and even the hydrocarbon count. There are also many responsible owners that have chosen the have the DPF removed on their car whilst using a combustion catalyst to lower HCs further. The result is an engine that outputs less HC than when it had the original DPF fitted. Besides, have you ever been driving behind a diesel car that is going through a regeneration cycle? What is coming out the exhaust?!

 

Then there is the substantial power MPG increases to be had.

The Minister for roads, Robert Goodwill quoted: “I am very concerned that vehicles are being modified in a way that is clearly detrimental to people’s health and undoes the hard work car manufacturers have taken to improve emissions standards.

 

“This change to the MOT tests makes it clear ? if you have this filter removed from your car it will fail the test.”

 

A spokesperson from the Department for Transport told us that anyone that has had the filter removed will now have to a new one put back on their car in order to pass their next MOT test.

 

Ignorance is bliss. What is our view? As a responsible company we want to see emissions reduced. We achieve this every day with specialist fuel modification technologies. Whilst we accept and agree that DPF removal can increase hydrocarbon output it is not always the case. When a customer with a blocked DPF approaches us for help we give them the options, the pros and cons of each, so that they can make an informed decision. In-tank DPF cleaner versus Professional DPF clean versus DPF removal etc. If opting for removal then we advise the use of a combustion catalyst such AR6200 to lower the emissions. The result is lower HCs that before, additional power, improved MPG and no more black smoke from regular regeneration cycles.

 

Unfortunately this choice has now been taken away from the consumer, which is a shame for those that modify emissions control components in a responsible way.

Mazda 323F 1999 sklopka ista kot 98?

Pozdravljeni,

 

zanima me ?e je sklopka Valeo 200mm, ki naj bi bila za Mazda 323F 1.5 65kw ZL motor do 9/1998 enaka kot pri Mazda 323F 1.5i 65kw prvi? registrirana 30.3.1999 ... GRe za iste sklopke?

?e ti gre EGR ventil ti gre avto popolnoma normalno in ni tak?nih znakov.

 

men je takle delu ko mi je egr crknu, ko sm ga resetiru prek OBD-ja je delal normalno, ko sm ga zamenju pa konc problemov :)

no res pa je, da ni n? kadil (vrjetn zarad DPF)

The high-pressure pump on a common-rail system does only one thing ... pressurize the fuel in the fuel rail. It has nothing to do with injection timing, it just pressurizes the rail and holds the pressure at a regulated setting.

 

Injection timing on a common-rail engine is done purely by controlling the timing of the pulses to the injectors, and therefore, the only way to "adjust" it is to change the mapping in the computer. It is otherwise non-adjustable. Same situation as ignition timing in newer gasoline engines with no distributors.

poznam Ar?ona. Mazda ima Denso injektoje, samo kar vem da rihta tud te. Bolj me zanima ?e ima kdo tester da lahko pogleda"globlje" kot navaden tester, tam je lepo videt kateri je zani? ?e je..

 

Vinder ma konkreten tester ;) pogleda, ti vbrizg, predvbrizg.....

ne nihajo obrati. Avto ima neenakomeren zvok, kot da bi ob?ano delal po treh cilindrih. Kot pri bencincu ?e sname? od od kap dol <_<

Rad bi se prepri?al da so injektorji vredu. Ali ima kdo od foruma?ev tester za to pogledat? Na servisu v N.G. ho?ejo met 60e za prikop... :blink:

 

za pregled injektorjev bo Vinder Gotovlje ( http://www.itis.si/MEHANIKA-VINDER-VINDER-FRANC?4581707 ) pravi naslov. K njemu se vozijo s cele slovenije, bo? pa verjetno mogu avto pri njemu pustit ;) druga? pa ne sam da ti jih pogleda, ampak ti jih tut popravi, ?e kira ne dela dober, je pa kr ugoden :)

ja je treba oz. dej v fazo ?e lahko. pumpa nima stalnega tlaka,tlak niha in kadar je v fazi se tlak vi?a kadar se odpira injektor.

 

Sej zato mi ni jasn, ker ne najdem nobenga cahna na pumpi :ne vem:

Se pravi, dokler ne piplem po kak?ni lagerjih in podobnih zadevah, nebi smelo biti problemov :)

 

Bo treba en dan malo gara?o ogret, da malo po?raufam to :D

 

Ze ko bos gumo snel bos vidu kam so speljani ABS senzorji ;)

A ni glih fora common raila, da je bistvo, da samo dr?i visok tlak, injektorji pa potem odpirajo vbrizg takrat, ko elektronika to zahteva?

 

No sej se mi je zdel, da je tak, sam nism bil 100% pa sm rajs uprasu, thx ;)

Haha ja sej bencinar je zakooonn samo ki ka je benza tko draga da se ne splaca ... sam rx8 bo benzina ;-) v prihodnje ..

Malo me matra ABS... Nebi rad zj(juhuhu) kak?nega senzorja.

 

Do sedaj sem mel Vectro letnik 1989, ki pa je odzadaj mela bobne, kar je pa ?isto druga zadeva.

 

Abs je na pesti in te nebo oviral ;)

A je menjava zadnjih diskov na Xedos 6 zakomplicirana? Malo me matra, ker mam glih fraj dan, da bi malo nekaj ?raufal, vendar z menjavo diskov nimam izku?enj... Plo??ice sem ?e menjaval, diskov pa ?e ne.

 

Ali bo bolje da izkoristim dan za lenarjenje in peljem avto k kakemu mehaniku?

 

Tut js, ko sm zacel nism znal, pol pa razderes, pa si prides gor :)
