Ima kdo kako idejo,da bi si sam naredil doma sistem ki bi spremenjal dol?ino sesalnih cevi.Zdaj mam namre? dovolj mo?i v vi?jih obratih, v ni?jih obratih pa je navora zelo malo.Misli sem da bi se nekako pri ni?jih obratih pot od filtra pa do sesalnega kolektorja pove?ala in stem bi bilo ve? navora .

 

Mam neko idejo da bi dal v original ?katlo ?portni filter ki bi mela zraven eno veliko luknjo ,gor pa loputo in servo motor?ek.Servo bi bil vezan preko regulatorja vrtljajev ,in bi z vi?anjem obratov odpiral loputo.

 

Drugo idejo mam, da bi od filtra pa do sesalnega kolektorja speljal dve cevi eno dolgo in eno kratko.Vmes bi bila loputa ki bi se nagibala v levo in desno in bi bila enkrat bolj proti eni ,drugi? bolj proti drugi cevi.Torej ko bi se ena cev zapirala ,bi se druga odpirala.Servo bi bil spet vezan preko regulatorja.

The first time you might have heard about the VRIS was by a showroom salesman if you bought your MX-3 new. But what the hell is it besides a marketing acronym? VRIS stands for Variable Resonance Induction System. Many car manufacturers uses this technology under different names but Mazda might be the one who pushed the technology the most (for the moment). The principle is quite easy to understand: to give the engine a long intake runner lenght at low rpm for optimal low-end torque and a shorter intake manifold lenght at high rpm to increase ram effect. If you prefer it's a VTEC for the intake... Basic systems usually supply each cylinder with a set of long and short intake runners and a valve dispatches the air between the two. Mazda engineers fine-tuned the V6's intake manifold to take advantages of resonance phenomenons. Using a pair of valves on the manifold and playing with a combination of opening and closing point they were able to extract more torque in the mid-rpm range. The figure belows shows the torque for the different valve combinations:

 

As you can see when both valves are open (shortest intake path), lots of torque is available from 4000 to 6300 rpm. When both valves are closed (longest path), a nice torque peak is found between 2700 to 3900. Finally combining #1 valve open and #2 valve closed gives another peak between 3900-4700 rpm.

 

This is very nice but what happen when you remove the closed box, overbore the throttle body, use a longer/shorter intake tube??? We all guess that the resonance points are affected and that the valve's switch points should be adjusted to provide the best torque possible. This is what my latest project is all about..."

Kolega švaba mi je zadnjič rekel, ko sva se malo zapeljala z MPS.

jap, po tem koliko sem prebral ma to kaalman ?e serijsko vgrajeno.Jaz pa bi rad naredil to doma.Motorja ne bi rad menjal,ker je ta v odli?nem stanju.V vi?jih obratih vle?e zelo dobro,edino v ni?jih ko pohodi? gas kot ?e bi pri turbo imel veliko luknjo,ga zadu?i in ko dose?e vi?je obrate potem potegne.

Ne vem kak ma to v6 motor narejeno to?no,?e ma to v sesalnem kolektorju ?e notri,samo sem nekje bral da so pri mitchubishiju naredili nekak z loputo v ?katli od filtra.

TURBINA!!! Z njo dobis navora okoli 14-30%, glede na to da ima avto menjalnik prirejen za atmosferski motor je obcutek/pospesevanje se bolse. Govorim ti iz osebnih ikusenj. Moja 626 je drug avto z turbino. Se posebej to cutim zdaj ko sm je vn dal zaradi homologacije!

 

Dobimo se na srecanju pa ti vse razlozim.

sem glih gledal kako je narejen sistem pri novem BMW M5 motorju (dvojni VANOS), dela podobno kot sem si jaz zamislil, le da ma 5 loput.Bom jaz to naredil in stestiral ?e kaj pomaga.

Turbine zaenkrat ne bom vgradil.

 

Ko bo moj VRIS dokon?an bom poro?al.Zaenkrat ?e je samo na papirju.
